Cayenna is a classic long-slim chilli pepper to replace Ring O Fire. It is hot and quite fast growing. Use fresh or dry and grind to make Cayenne pepper. Seeds can be stated, in trays or modules, from January to March at a temperature of 18 – 21 degrees C.
